Julbo sponsors Everest climb

Celebrated British explorer and adventurer David Hempleman-Adams and Ex-British Army Officer Justin Packshaw (pictured, wearing Julbo Bivouak sunglasses provided by Caseco) are climbing Everest with the aim of raising £1 million for charity.

The charities they are supporting include:

Alzheimer's Research UKwww.alzheimersresearchuk.org

The Warrior Programme / www.warriorprogramme.org.uk

Justin requested a number of Julbo sunglasses to help him on his mission including:

- Julbo Explorer sunglasses with Cameleon Lenses.
The Explorer has been developed in collaboration with the elite climbing school in Chamonix and takes glacier sunglasses to the next level. Justin requested Cameleon Lenses offering excellent polarization; high protection; high-definition vision; visual comfort and rapid activation with lenses darkening quickly to category 4 and an anti-fog ventilation system.

- Julbo Bivouak sunglasses with Zebra lenses which are light-sensitive and ideal for mountain biking, trail running and climbing. Zebra lenses offer amplitude category 2 to 4 with a high speed reaction of 22 to 28 seconds. The exceptional anti-mist treatment was an important feature for Justin.
